Getting Started
Firstly, you must own your own domain and have access or authority to change the DNS (Domain Name Server) settings for that domain.
It is important that you read and accept our Terms & Conditions before signing up to our service.
After you have made initial contact with us, set-up is both quick and easy. In most cases it will take no more than a few days before your spam is being filtered.
Sorting out your spam problem couldn't be easier - simply contact us and we'll do the rest.

What Next
We can guide you through any technical changes that are required to your DNS or, with your permission, we can deal directly with your ISP and/or IT department.
It will be necessary to make some slight changes to your email (e.g. Outlook) configuration. The FAQ section provides all the information you may require, however, we are more than happy to provide additional assistance if required, so please contact us if you need further guidance.
