FilterMySpam.net (hereafter " FilterMySpam ") is a service offered by Arepo Solutions Limited (hereafter "Arepo"), a Registered Limited Company in England & Wales (3676646), the purpose of which is to reduce the time required to deal with unsolicited electronic mail ("spam") on the customer (herafter "Customer").
Nature of Service
The Customer explicitly understands and accepts that FilterMySpam is an email filtering service, the purpose is to block unsolicited email identified by Spamhaus while at the same time identifying other unsolicited email as spam and permitting legitimate email to reach the Customer. As part of the service, FilterMySpam utilises the “blocklists” provided by The Spamhaus Project Ltd ("Spamhaus") a non-profit limited liability company (PRI/LBG/NSC/S.30) (Company No. 05303831) based in London, United Kingdom. It is understood and accepted by the Customer that every effort is made by FilterMySpam to perform this function successfully, however, from time to time legitimate emails may be blocked. The Customer is responsible for reviewing the blocked email to verify that legitimate email has not been blocked
To enable FilterMySpam to provide the service to the Customer, the Customer grants FilterMySpam and Arepo permission to block email from known spamers listed in “blocklists” provided by Spamhaus.
Disclaimer And Limitations Of Liability
Arepo disclaims all liability and responsibility for the Customer's use of this service. The service is provided 'as is' and FilterMySpam and Arepo make no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the service.
Arepo hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Arepo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for lost revenue, lost profits, business interruption, lost information or data, computer interruption, and the like) or related to the use of or inability to use the service, even if the company shall have been informed of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party.
The Customer understands and accepts that in absolutely no event shall the liability of FilterMySpam or Arepo, jointly or separately be financially liable for an amount greater than the amount paid for services rendered, nor shall it be liable for consequential damages due to the improper functioning of the service, be it due to a problem with the service or due to user error.
The Customer accepts and understands that neither Arepo, FilterMySpam, nor any of its employees, representatives or agents warrants that the service will not be interrupted or is error free, nor does Arepo make any warranty or representation as to the results that may arise from the use or misuse of FilterMySpam, including but not limited to the incorrect blocking of legitimate email, the failure to block unsolicited email, failure of FilterMySpam to successfully forward email to the Customer's email server or account, loss of email, and any and all consequential damages that may arise due to any of the previously disclaimed possible failures. Arepo expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, including, without limitation, the warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, whether expressed or implied, in relation to the service.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, then the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect.
Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England whose courts shall be the courts of exclusive jurisdiction to determine any matter or dispute in connection with or arising from the service and these terms and conditions.
Refund Policy
Requests for refunds will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and whether or not a refund is granted will be governed by the individual circumstances.
Service Availability
All reasonable effort will be made by Arepo to ensure that FilterMySpam is accessible and functional. However, unforeseen interruptions to internet connectivity may occur for which Arepo and FilterMySpam cannot make specific guarantees as to the level of reliability.
Conditions of Use
The Customer may not use FilterMySpam with the intention of purposely receiving spam in order to determine whether or not that spam would be correctly identified or blocked by FilterMySpam. This type of activity will cause the Customer account to be terminated immediately and subsequently prevented from setting up a new account.
The Customer may not make reference or include FilterMySpam on any web site used for illegal, offensive, pornographic or racist activities. This type of activity will cause the Customer account to be terminated immediately and subsequently prevented from setting up a new account.

Privacy Policy
Customer email will pass through the FilterMySpam server(s). Mail that has passed through the server(s) will not have been viewed or monitored by any employee or other representative of FilterMySpam or Arepo. The email filtering process is an automated service and therefore no human being is involved with the actual filtering of the email. No third-party will have access to view or monitor such email traffic except when so ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction.
Customer Personal Information and How it’s Used
FilterMySpam and Arepo are committed to responsible data management and subscribe to the principles of data protection legislation in the United Kingdom. Any personal information held regarding the Customer will not be shared, sold, or given away to any third party, except when so ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction or, when appropriate, beyond the essential requirement for credit card validation during purchase. Customer information is used solely for our billing and payment purposes, and notifying customers of future updates to our products.
Aggregate Data
FilterMySpam reserves the right to compile aggregate, non-personal data and share this information with the public or third parties. The sort of information gathered will refer to statistical data regarding system-wide email and spam volume, and general spam trends which may be used to promote FilterMySpam.
Browser Cookies
FilterMySpam may, in the future, use client-side browser cookies in order to maintain browser sessions when the Customer logs into the service. These cookies are mandatory in order for the service to work and blocking them will prevent the Customer from logging on. FilterMySpam cookies are for technical purposes only, i.e.maintaining Customer sessions when logged in. FilterMySpam does not load images, pages, or cookies from third party sites for any purpose. Cookies at FilterMySpam are created and read only by FilterMySpam.
Updates from FilterMySpam and Arepo
FilterMySpam and Arepo may email newsletters or notifications to the Customer from time to time advising the Customer of account updates (e.g. account due to expire) or if there are changes to the service.
